A new high fashion magazine is set to hit Western Australian shelves, with well known stylist and former model Sylvia Giacci at the helm.
The local magazine market is a tough one to crack, with newbie on the scene Sheila struggling after launching as Silver, Vitafolding not long ago and Perth Woman finding the going rough.
But Giacci, who has the backing of Peter Hoskin who launchedCurve magazine, says she has the fashion industry knowledge and contacts to make a success of the project.  He said the magazine would give the local fashion industry its own voice in a quality publication.

She will launch the magazine, named Fashion Voyeur, with a glamorous industry party on Thursday next week at Palais 85 with 300 guests expected.
Giacci will utilise the best fashion talent in the state to help work on the magazine, but is also keen to promote local talent that is worthy but not yet hit the big time.
Fashion Voyeur's inaugural covergirl is hot model of the moment Nicole Harrison.
Giacci, who is editor and fashion editor, said the magazine would feature high fashion editorials, which were minimalistic, powerful and revolutionary.
"Fashion Voyeur has brought on the best team possible, each extremely talents in their own right, so that we can source and promote WA's best creative industry by giving them a media platform to project them into the marketplace," Giacci said.
"We have been in the industry for so long, we know what is going to work," she said.
"We know what has been lacking in the market."
The magazine will hit shelves next week.
